STORE CREW QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School/SHS diploma
- Must have good basic communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
STORE CREW ROLES:
- Help customers find what they need and suggest the best products for them.
- Keep the store looking good and stay informed about new products.
- Main goals are to give great customer service and help the store meet its sales targets.
STORE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 2-years college education
- At least 6 months of working experience in retail, food and manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods or the restaurant industry.
- Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Must be analytical and critical thinkers and entrepreneurial skills
- Can work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
STORE MANAGER ROLES:
- Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
SHIFT LEADER ROLES:
- Oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that customers receive outstanding service.
- Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, create and manage shift schedules, handle cash transactions, and report any issues to management.
