Asiapro Cooperative, a worker-owned business partner aiming to provide socially responsible and customized solutions to mainstream businesses has opened a scholarship program intended to aid the financial burden of aspiring college students scholars.
Asiapro Cooperative, through its scholarship program named Kapatid Scholarship Program aims to inspire meaningful and fulfilled young lives through education.
The Kapatid Scholarship Program is funded by the President and General Manager together with some Cooperative members who want to extend financial help to fellow members in order to fulfill the goal of the Cooperative in funding their dependents.
Qualified beneficiaries of the Kapatid Scholarship Program shall be dependents of regular members of the Cooperative, incoming first year college students who graduated with a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 80% and must be enrolled in any college or university in the Philippines.
Those who are incoming second to fourth year college students shall have no failing grades in their previous semester and must be enrolled in any college or university in the Philippines.
One must also be physically fit and and possesses good moral character and not be a current beneficiary of private and public agency.
For incoming first year college students, applicants must be able to submit their academic grades for grades 9, 10, and 11 including form 137, form 138, or transcript of records. For incoming second year to fourth year college students, they must submit their certified true copy of grades for the previous semester.
Incoming first year college students must also prepare their copy of school ID (senior high) while incoming second to fourth year college students must submit their copy of validated college ID from the previous semester.
Both must also submit their scanned copy of original school registration, and payslip of member/ITR, if members are married, photocopy and original copy of most recent payslip/ITR of the spouse.
They must also prepare their original and copy of birth certificate (PSA). If members are solo parent, copy of solo parent ID must be submitted, as well as their application form, and sketch of home address.
Qualified scholars shall be entitled to an enticing comprehensive package which include monetary grant of Php 50,000 per semester, or Php 100,000 per academic year, renewable per academic year provided that scholars will maintain good academic standing, plus on the job training with allocated monthly stipend.
Applications for Kapatid Scholarship Scholarship shall be accepted until June 10, 2024. Applicants must submit their applications to [email protected].
