The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the head department of the Philippine government obliged to create policies, conduct programs and services, and act as the policy-coordinating arm of the Executive Branch in the field of labor and employment, is currently on the look-out of interns under its initiative named Government Internship Program (GIP) this 2024.
The DOLE's GIP or Government Internship Program conforming Department Order No. 204-19 is a part of the KABATAAN: 2000 under Executive Order No. 139, Series of 1993. This initiative intends to provide chances and beneficiaries to serve the general public in government agencies at the national and local.
If hired and chosen, interns will be deployed at the DOLE- Central Office. Beforehand, interested applicants must be aged 18 to 30 years old, a high school, tech-voc, or college graduates and shall have no work experience.
For college graduates, prefence is given to graduates of Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Development Communication, or related course.
Successful interns shall received an allowance equivalent to the highest prevailing minimum wage in NCR. They will also get an accident insurance coverage for one (1) year under GSIS and a Certificate of Completion.
