For the academic year 2024-2025, Kuya Win scholarship program will accept applications on a first-come-first-served basis whereas the Google form link for submission will open on August 30, 2024 at 12:01 am and shall closed on the same day at 11:59 am, a one day application process.
The Kuya Win scholarship program shall be available and up for grabs for first (1st) year to fifth (5th) year college students currently enrolled in Bulacan State University.
Before the submission for Kuya Win scholarship program begins, you may now ready the necessary documentary requirements prior to the actual application day to avoid hassle and inconvenience.
- application form with 2x2 photo;
- barangay certificate of indigency;
- certificate of registration;
- photocopy of grades;
- validated school ID;
- voter's certificate (students and parents or guardian);
- latest income tax return (ITR) of parents;
- affidavit of guardianship (if living with guardian);
- latest OFW contract (if working abroad); and
- joint affidavit of non-filing (if parent or guardian is unemployed and can't provide ITR)
For the copy of grades of freshmen, you may submit your SHS report card. You may provide the certified true copy of your grades on the submission of the hard copy of your requirements, for online submissions, you may submit the not yet certified copy.
