The Meralco Line Crew Trainees program shall be free of charge and shall allow trainees to render several months to finish the program.

- with height of 5'5" for male and 5'2" for female;
- physically fit and no fear of heights; and
- must hold a non-professional driver's license with restriction code 2 (for four-wheel vehicles)
