What are the Necessary Documentary Requirements for MMDA Hiring?
All interested applicants for MMDA Hiring shall prepare the following documentary requirements as specified by MMDA:
- fully-accomplished personal data sheet with recent passport-sized pictures;
- performance rating in the last rating period if applicable;
- photocopy of certificate of eligibility/ rating/ license; and
- photocopy of transcript of records.
