What are the Necessary Documentary Requirements for NPTI Hiring?

All interested applicants for NPTI Hiring shall be required to prepare the following documents upon submission:

• application letter;
• duly accomplished personal data sheet (PDS) with attached work experience sheet (WES);
• IPCR (2 semesters for TSII, 4 semesters for TSIII and 6 semesters for TSIV);
• eligibility (authenticated);
• transcript of records and diploma (authenticated);
• seminars and trainings (certified true copy/authenticated by the issuing unit);
• certification of work experience/office orders (authenticated); and
• awards received (certified true copy/authenticated by the issuing unit).

All documents must be enclosed in the corresponding folder below:

• Training Specialist III/ Orange
• Training Specialist II/ White
• Training Specialist I/ Green
• Registrar/ Red

Additionally, you must submit the necessary documentary requirements in two sets which include certified true copy and one duplicate copy adhering to the provided table of contents and assigned color of application folder abovementioned.

If pre-assessed and initially screened, applicants shall be advised by the NPTI HRMPSB Head Secretariat via their active cellular phone numbers and personal email addresses with regards to the schedule of written examination and interview.

Be reminded that applicants who will submit application folders with incomplete documents shall not be entertained/accepted.
