According to Pag-IBIG Fund, all applications should be submitted to the indicated email address on or before May 31, 2024, accompanied by the following documents necessary in the evaluation process.
Pag-IBIG Fund noted that applications with incomplete documents or requirements will not be entertained, plus all forms must be ISO coded.
Pag-IBIG Fund added that interested applicants must read the comprehensive guide in filling out the PDS. Below are the required forms for your application process.
- Personal Data Sheet (PDS)
- Work Experience Sheet
- Background Investigation Consent Form
- Performance Rating (external applicants only and if applicable)
- Certificate of Authenticity and Veracity
Pag-IBIG Fund advised interested applicants to indicate the Position Title, Item number, and Department or Branch name in the subject of their email.
For example, “Subject: Application for HRMO II, Item No. 1234 of the Human Resource Development Department”
