Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), a five (5)-member committee aimed in serving as trustee of the Fund for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE), a permanent and irrevocable trust fund is offering two scholarship programs for the year 2024-2025.
These scholarships are Research for School Improvement Towards Excellence (RSITE) Program and Dissemination Assistance for Research in Education (DARE) Program intended for professional staffs in the private educational institutions.
RSITE Program
RSITE Program is open for administrators and teachers from private schools. Eligible participants must have an approved research proposal and have not yet undertaken the final oral defense of their thesis or dissertation during the application. More eligibility criteria may be found in the guidelines.
RSITE shall provide scholars with financial support amounting to P40,000 for the writing of Master's thesis and P80,000 for Ph.D. dissertation.
Before applying for the program, applicants are advised to read the detailed guidelines and submit the required documentary requirements to [email protected] with “RSITE 2024-2025 application– (name of applicant)" as subject of the email. Applications will be open until June 17, 2024.
DARE Program
DARE Program is also open for full-time regular faculty members and administrators of private educational institutions.
The program shall give scholars paper presentation grant which will allow them to present their research papers in international conferences abroad.
Applicants who wants to apply must read the detailed guidelines beforehand and submit the requirements to the PEAC National Secretariat.
Required documentary requirements must be submitted online to [email protected] with “DARE 2024-2025 application– [name of applicant]” as subject of the email two months prior to attendance in the conference.
