STI College, one of the largest network university/colleges and senior high schools comprised of more than 63 campuses in the Philippines has opened STI Open Scholarship Program for the school year 2024-2025.
STI College offers wide array of in-demand programs including Information Technology, Hospitality & Tourism, Multimedia Arts, Business & Accountancy, Computer Engineering, and Criminology.
For those who want to be part of STI Open Scholarship, it is now up for grabs for Grade 10 completers and Grade 12 graduates from any DepEd-recognized public or private high schools in the Philippines.
According to the announcement, applicants are eligible to apply as long as they are incoming grade 11 and first-year college students this school year 2024-2025.
The scholarship will deem interested scholars with no grade requirements, however, applicants must not have any record of misconduct from their previous school.
The announcement indicated that the applicants must take an exam at their preferred STI College campus to qualify.
It also added that the scholarship grant shall only be applied to the STI College campus where the scholarship applicant took the exam.
Applicants will be notified about their results by an STI College school personnel from where they took the exam.
Further, scholars may be able retain their scholar status provided that they meet the renewal and retention requirements.
As per the announcement, the availability of the STI Open Scholarship may vary across STI campuses.
It reminded that the scholarship program might be exclusively available to incoming college students, senior high students with ESC grants, or open to both categories, depending on the specific STI campus.
Under the STI Open Scholarship (SOS) scholars will be provided partial and full scholarship grants.
Moreover, via the program, the institution extends its assistance to students and their families to pursue their senior high or college education at any STI College campus nationwide.
