Attention aspiring scholars, in collaboration with Congressman Rufus Rodriguez, TMP Foundation is looking for scholars who want to take Toyota General Job Automotive Servicing in TMP School of Technology in Sta. Rosa Laguna which shall run for 18 months.
In order to qualify for the TMP Foundation Scholarship Program, applicants must be able to meet certain criteria provided by TMPF.
One must be a Filipino citizen and a resident of Cagayan de Oro City who is preferably 17 to 27 years old.
He or she must be at least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate with an average grade of 80% and above from SHS with no failing grade in any subjects.
Further, he or she must possess a good moral character with no previous discipline case and preferably took the automotive strand in SHS.
His or her family income should be no more than Php 250,000 annually.
Additionally, he or she must be able to submit a certificate of indigency from concerned barangay and Certificate of non-filing of income tax.
Lastly, he or she must pass the TMP Tech admission exam, interview, home & family visit, and medical exam.
An enticing scholarship package awaits scholars including free tuition and miscellaneous fees, free TESDA national assessment fees for NC I & NC II (limited to first take only), free graduation fee, free dormitory accommodation and basic meals, free 2 sets of uniform (Pants & Shirt), 1 safety shoes & 1 cap, free airfare for the opening of classes, Christmas break, OJT in Toyota dealership (if within Vis & Min) and participation in the graduation ceremony.
The scholarship shall provide scholars with P300,000 each. In return, successful completers shall render a return service to TMPF wherein the scholar shall vow to work with salary within the Toyota Network for 5 years.
Scholars shall also maintain at least 85% overall average with no grades lower than 80% in any subjects.
Plus, they must chieve at least 95% attendance during In-school and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
More importantly, he or she shall have no violation of the rules and regulations prescribed by TMPF and TMP Tech.
