What is Tertiary Education Subsidy?
The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) is simply a grant-in-aid program that aims to provide a partial or full cost of deserving and priority students for their tertiary education.
Specifically, TES can be availed by students studying in state universities and colleges (SUCs), CHED-recognized local universities and colleges (LUCs), and private higher education institutions (HEIs).
Take note however that TES is not a scholarship and it is not just based on merit but rather set out by the prioritization system of UniFAST Board, conforming the RA 10931.
