The Uplift Cares Global Movement Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization which aim is to transform communities and family, is inviting all interested students in any year level and course to apply for Uplift Cares Scholarship Program for the academic year 2025-2026.
Who may Apply for the Uplift Cares Scholarship Program?
Those who want to apply for the Uplift Cares Scholarship Program be able to possess all the qualifications indicated below which are as follows:
- family income and living conditions: underprivileged; monthly family income of Php 30,000 or below, and consider the number of the family members supported;
- 85% requirement in each subject with no failing grades in any subject;
- must complete the Uplift plus scholarship application form.

What are the Necessary Documentary Requirements for Uplift Cares Scholarship Program?
All interested applicants for Uplift Cares Scholarship Program must be able to provide the documents outlined below:
- copy of grades;
- copy of PUP certificate of registration (COR);
- parents’ or guardian’s ITR or certificate of indigency from barangay of permanent residence or certificate of non-payment of ITR; and
- personal data sheet (PDS).
Applicants must bring hard copies of the necessary documentary requirements below upon receiving an email invitation from PUP OSFA.
- certificate of indigency or parent’s certificate of employment (including job title and monthly salary);
- photocopy of your school ID with signature;
- 2×2 ID photo with your name and a white background;
- photocopy of your previous report card (from SHS) or grades from the previous semester.

Clear photos of the following: (these can be collated into one document as long as the images are clear and visible. There’s no need to place each photo on a separate page.)
- complete and most recent family photo;
- residence exterior (full view of the entire house/building/apartment, including the house number); and
- residence interior (full view of bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, home office, veranda, kitchen [showing refrigerator and other kitchen appliances])

How to File your Application for Uplift Cares Scholarship Program?
Those who will apply for Uplift Cares Scholarship Program shall receive a notification and shall undergo a face-to-face interview at the Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance, located in W119.
