Want your study to be covered by the Ministry's Office of the Directorate General for Higher Education (DGHE)? It is currently looking for potential scholars who would like to apply for the Access to Higher and Modern Education Scholarship Program (AHME-SP) for those residing in the island provinces of the BARMM including Lamitan City.
The scholarship is open for incoming first year college students who are residents of Basilan and Lamitan City, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.
According to the announcement, there will be different venues, date, time, and corresponding higher education personnel who will officiate the upcoming scholarship event.
For residents of Basilan and Lamitan City, the event will be conducted at Sta. Clara, CES Lamitan City while Sulu residents shall personally appear at Hadji Butu School of Arts and Trade (HBSAT), Scott Road, Jolo, both on May 10 to May 12, 2024 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
For those in Tawi-Tawi, you may visit Tawi-Tawi School of Arts and Trades (TTSAT) scheduled from May 13 to May 14, 2024 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Designated personnel who you should look for during the event are Jonathan Omar, Laridah May Abedin, Almirah Mustapah, Reyhannie Manalidseg, Marites Vallete, Jerremie Guillermo, Amirkhafiedz Unggas, Ariff Usman, and Benjamin Sumali.
