The Lymphoma Philippines is a non-profit organization who truly cares for Lymphoma patients, survivors, and caregivers aiming to disseminate medically-approved Lymphoma-related campaigns in the Philippines.
In this article, we are going to discuss pertinent information about the financial or medical assistance that can be availed by patients-in-need in the country, including the process on how you can take advantage of this benefit.

What Financial Aid Does Lymphoma Philippines offer?
Lymphoma Philippines provides financial assistance to indigent Filipino Lymphoma patients for their treatment.
As of the moment, Lymphoma Philippines gives priority to patients have already turned to the government for help including Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), local city hall, and others because of limited funding.
Be reminded, that there's a wait list of beneficiaries who still have not received their financial aid and they cannot assure on when they can release it. A limit of a maximum of PHP 2,500 are also set for each patient beneficiary.

How to Avail the Financial or Medical Assistance from Lymphoma Philippines?
If you are interested to apply or know someone in need, please note that the following documents are necessary to proceed with your application. These documents include:
- full name;
- mobile number;
- valid ID;
- letter of request- please see template medical abstract (note: must have printed full name, signature and license number of oncologist/ attending physician);
- other supporting documents (medical bills, prescriptions, laboratory request);
- social case study or barangay; and
- certificate of indigency.

There will be three ways on how you can file your application which are listed below:
Option 1: You may fill up the application form by clicking the “Apply Now” button on their homepage and then upload all the necessary documentary requirements.
Option 2: You may send all the necessary documentary requirements documents to their email at [email protected].
Option 3: You may send all the necessary documentary requirements to their Facebook page.

Once you submitted all the necessary documentary requirements, there will be approximate 7 business days tp receive a confirmation from Lymphoma Philippines.
All applicants who will submit incomplete documentary requirements will not be processed so ensure that all your documents are complete.
