With more than 150 active scholars, GBF continues to expand this number as they will accept applicants for TeachSTEM Master's scholarship program for the academic year 2024-2025 until October 31, 2024.
Through TeachSTEM Master's scholarship program, practicing educators will have the opportunities to advancement their critical knowledge allowing them to transform and reform educational practices, policies, and institutions in the future.
To help them achieve this, TeachSTEM Master's scholarship program will make them entitled to benefits until they graduated from their degree program provided that they comply with the scholarship retention requirements every semester.
The financial grant under TeachSTEM Master's scholarship program will be reflected directly to a scholar’s bank account where he/she may receive up to ₱45,000 per year if he will enroll in a public university and ₱65,000 per year if he will enroll in a private university.

Meanwhile, eligibility criteria for TeachSTEM Master's scholarship program must first be satisfied by interested applicants which include:
- have at least one (1) year of teaching experience and currently teaching;
- be a model of teaching excellence, innovativeness, care for learners, and commitment to serve;
- be an incoming 1st year or 2nd year student in a master’s degree program in education specializing in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, alternative learning system, tech-voc training, or special education;
- have a weighted grade of at least 2.0 or its equivalent from the previously enrolled academic year;
- be enrolled in a teacher education institution (TEI) within or above the national average LET performance;
- have no failed, incomplete, or dropped grades from the previous semester;
- meet the required rating in teaching performance in the previous school year;
- be of good moral standing with no existing disciplinary case at the TEI they are enrolled in and at the school they are teaching;
- be in need of financial support to complete their studies;
- be not a recipient of other scholarships; and
- be in good health.
Upon knowing that you qualified for TeachSTEM Master's scholarship program, you may now proceed with your application by preparing the necessary documentary requirements such as:
- fully accomplished online application form;
- proof of enrollment;
- certified tryue copy of grades;
- copy of Bachelor's degree diploma;
- curriculum plan;
- certificate of good moral;
- performance rating;
- certificate of employment;
- certificate of STEM-related accomplishments;
- proof of residence;
- PRC ID;
- ID picture on a white background;
- DepEd Work Application Plan;
- updated Personal Data Sheet; and
- DepEd Permit to Study.
