Heads up, job seekers! According to CSC commissioner Aileen Lizada, there will be 3,314 openings at the government's online career fair from September 19 to September 23 in 131 different government agencies that will be conducted by the Civil Service Commission and Jobstreet.
“Lahat ho ng pino-post natin ngayon ay plantilyado. When you say plantilla, may item number, plantilla number,” Lizada said via ABS-CBN News report.

“These are regular positions. You will be entitled to all the statutory, mandatory benefits, and all benefits allowed by law. (Kapag) plantilla, regular ho kayo kaagad,” she added.
According to the commissioner, the positions that will be available include Revenue Officer, Admin Officer, Guidance Counselor, Admin Aide, Admin Assistant, Project Development Officer, engineer, nurse, Medical Specialist, Medical Officer, Accountant, and Planning Officer, among others. Lizada said that there are also positions for which civil service eligibility is not necessary.

To all interested job seekers who wish to apply, they must have JobStreet.com accounts. According to Lizada, those who still have no account can create one by visiting the 2022 GOCF Microsite at https://jobstreet.com.ph/GOCF.
She also added that all the job seeker needs to do is enter his or her email address and click the "Create your Personal Data Sheet (PDS)" button.

"Kung tatrabaho kayo sa gobyerno, while maganda ang pay, while may security of tenure, please expect long working hours, and there is a sacrifice because truly, it is a privilege to serve our country,” Lizada added.

The online job fair is to celebrate the 122nd Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service this 2022. For this month is very significant for all civil servants as it recalls the founding of the civil service on September 19, 1900, as a result of Public Law No. 5 of 1900.
The Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (P.C.S.A.) helps civil servants to demonstrate their commitment to public trust and to get recognition for their contributions to the advancement of the country.
