UNIVERSAL ACCESS TO TERTIARY EDUCATION
- Under Republic Act 10931 or the UAQTEA, this free education shall provide scholars with competency assessment, allowance and toolkits.
PRIVATE EDUCATION STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
- Known as PESFA, this program offered by TESDA gives financial assistance (free training and assessment, student allowance and book allowance) for marginalized but deserving students with tech-voc education and training such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) II, Driving II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance II, and Bread and Pastry II.
SPECIAL TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
- Often referred to as STEP, this program offered by TESDA allows folks who desire ro acquire skills that they can use in their business or livelihood. This program shall cover free training and assessment, free entrepreneurship training, and starter tool kits.
TRAINING FOR WORK SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
- The TWSP program is considered the solution for the issue of "job skills missmatch." It aims to ensure the "labor force requirement" of the industry will be met. This program provides scholars with free skills training and free assessment.
RICE EXTENSION SERVICES PROGRAM (RESP)
- In pursuance with Republic Act 11203 or the Rice Tariffication Act, RESP shall provide scholarships for qualified rice farmers and their dependents listed in the Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSA), rice cooperatives and associations from the target places.
- Currently, the free skills training under the program include Rice Machinery Operations NC II; Drying and Milling Plant Servicing NC III; Small Engine System (Leading to Small Engine Servicing NC II), Solar Powered Irrigation System Operation and Maintenance NC II and training programs under Farmers Field Schools.
TULONG TRABAHO LAW
- In accordance with Republic Act 11230 or the Tulong Trabaho Act, TESDA shall provide free skills training needed by industries. This was signed into law in order to empower the competencies or abilities of the Filipino workers.
TESDA ONLINE PROGRAM (TOP)
- TESDA Online Program (TOP) is a free online training offered by TESDA. Using your computers or laptop and internet connection, you can avail and register for the skills training that you like at www.e-tesda.gov.ph.
