Good news! The Annual Confirmation of Pensioners has resumed and pensioners do not have to personally visit a pension fund to comply because it may be done via e-mail, dropbox, or video conference (for those abroad).
The compliance with ACOP must be done starting October 1, 2021 until its ultimatum on March 31, 2022 for all retirement pensioners residing abroad, Total Disability and Survivor Pensioners, as well as their Dependent Children (minor or incapacitated) and Guardians.

This is to ensure that:
- Only the rightful beneficiaries will continue to enjoy the SSS benefit.
- Pensioners can continue to receive their monthly pension.
Beginning April 1, 2022, the standard ACOP compliance timeline will be followed:

What are the options to comply with ACOP and what are the necessary requirements?
1. For Surviving Spouse Pensioner and Dependent Pensioner (minor/incapacitated) with Guardian

Please make sure to comply with ACOP to avoid the following:
- Pensioners who do not comply with ACOP until March 31, 2022, will have their pensions halted automatically in April 2022 (effective May 2022 pension).
- Pensioners who do not comply with the standard ACOP timetable will have their pensions suspended for two (2) months after the month in which the member/deceased member was born, beginning April 1, 2022.
