- Should have one (1) year of Clinical Experience (C.E.)
- Must be at least 5’0 feet tall (152.4 centimeters)
- Should be at least twenty-eight (28) years old upon Commission
- Should pass the Armed Forces of the Philippines Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT)
