The Philippine National Driving Academy Inc. is one of the more notable institutions who teach driving lessons to those who want to learn how to drive. Now, they are offering free training and assessments for people to be able to learn how to drive without thinking of any cost! Yes! They are currently offering free Driving NC II and III courses plus accreditation!
What courses are available?
The courses that they offer for free, according to their website are NC II and NC III for Driving. Driving NC II is the course where an applicant, should he or she pass, will be allowed to drive light vehicles. Driving NC III, on the other hand, is the course where should an applicant pass, he or she will be allowed to drive passenger buses and straight trucks.

How can an applicant enroll?
As per officials of the Philippine National Driving Academy Inc., all interested and qualified applicants just need to visit their office and submit all required documentations for them to be able to apply for either the Driving NC II and/or III for free!

What documents are required?
The Academy, just like any other learning institution, also requires documentation from applicants who are interested. This is for them to be able to verify whether a particular applicant is eligible to apply or not.

Here are the documentation required by the Philippine National Driving Academy Inc. for applicants who are interested in taking a free course for their Driving NC II and III courses:
- Colored Photo (Shirt with collar, chemical print) with White background and name written in front (or MOB shot)
- Four (4) pcs. of a passport size photo (4.5 x 3.5cm)
- Four (4) pcs. of a 1x1 photo
- Photocopy of the following:
- Medical Certificate
- At least a student's permit for the NC II
- A driver's license R1 and R2 for NC III
- PSA (previously NSO) certified birth certificate
- Diploma and/or Transcript of Records (ToR)
- Certificate of good moral character
- Form 137 or Form 138 (at least high school records)
- ID with birthdate and signature
- Any proof of billing (electricity/internet bills/water)
- Long White folder
- Long Brown envelope with name
- Paper fastener
NOTE: Even though the Philippine National Driving Academy Inc. only requires photocopies of these documents, it is still best if applicants bring with them the original copies for verification. This is to avoid the applicants going back and forth to the office should the officials require the original copy of these.

To clarify, the Philippine National Driving Academy Inc. is not the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) themselves. The Driving Academy is, however, one of the accredited assessment centers of TESDA so they are authorized to undergo reviews, take assessments, and to formalize an individual's capability of working for the government and for other private institutions.
