Who can apply for the scholarship?
In order to qualify, one must:
- reside in any of the host communities of the LFUG GOC - Iloilo City, Jordan (Guimaras), Pres. Roxas (Capiz);
- not be a recipient of any other scholarship;
- be a fresh 1st year student and had graduated from senior high school in SY 2022-2023;
- have a general weighted average (GWA) of at least 85% or better upon graduation;
- come from a low income household with an annual income not exceeding P200,000 a year for both parents;
- be enrolled in a private school.
What are the benefits under the scholarship?
Scholars shall receive the following priveleges.
- School tuition coverage and other related fees;
- Formation Sessions;
- Employment at the La Filipina Uy Gongco Group of Companies (LFUG GOC);

What are the necessary documentary requirements?
Interested applicants shall be able to accomplish the following documents for submission.

2.Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate;
3.Barangay Certification of Residency;
4.Proof of Annual Household Income (e.g. Payslip, ITR);
5.Certificate of Good Moral Character;
6.Certification from the Principal of honors received including the total number of graduates in the school (if applicable);
7.Original and Photocopy of Form 138 (Report Card);
8.Recent 2x2 Picture (1 piece);
9.Photocopy of Senior High School Diploma;
10.Proof of Enrollment/Admission for SY 2023-2024;
What are the available courses?
If accepted, scholars may take BS Accountancy or any Engineering courses aside from computer, civil and marine.
APPLICATION PERIOD: June 19- July 28, 2023.
How to file your application?
Applicants shall undergo three steps which include: ELIGIBILITY
SCREENING (submission of documentary requirements, EXAMINATION (immediately after step 1)- competency yest, and essay test and PANEL INTERVIEW (scheduled).
