In collaboration with the DA – Agricultural Training Institute, this innovative initiative aims to nurture the next generation of agricultural leaders while promoting sustainable and organic farming practices.
The YIPOA for FY 2024-2025 endeavors to achieve several key objectives. Additionally, the program aims to instill a sense of responsibility and passion for environmental stewardship among the participants, contributing to the broader goal of promoting eco-friendly farming methods.
The internship program spans a comprehensive curriculum that covers various aspects of organic agriculture, ranging from soil health and crop management to pest control and organic certification processes. Participants will engage in practical, field-based learning under the guidance of seasoned mentors from the agricultural sector. Workshops, seminars, and farm visits are incorporated to enhance theoretical knowledge and provide a holistic learning experience.

The YIPOA is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity in the agricultural sector. The program encourages participation from individuals across different socio-economic backgrounds and academic disciplines.
