The amount will provide benefits to a grand total of 920,073 personnel across different public elementary and secondary schools within the Department of Education. These areas encompass Calabarzon (comprising Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon), Caraga, Central Luzon, the Cordilleras, Davao, Eastern Visayas, Metro Manila, and Soccsksargen (encompassing South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and General Santos). The DBM explained that the documents were returned because of various issues, including duplicate entries, inaccurate details regarding the months of service, and certain individuals not matching the DepEd’s personnel services list and plantilla.
