  • Able to do data entry operation rapidly without sacrificing accuracy;

  • Responsible and diligent in the required work;

Job details and responsibilities

  1. Perform consular-related functions, such as front-end processing of passports, authentication, assistance to nationals (ATN) function, and public information;
  2. Provide general information on consular matters;
  3. Process passport / authentication applications;
  4. Release or issues passports/ authenticated documents;
  5. Verify names in the look-out-list database;
  6. File, maintain and manage passport records and supporting documents;
  7. Encode passport/ authentication applications;
  8. Capture applicants’ biometrics;
  9. Encode passport records and create a master list;
  10. Compose/draft correspondence on concerns pertaining to administrative, personnel or consular matters.
  11. Arrange meetings;
  12. Answer telephone inquiries or refer them to the appropriate person or office concerned

  • One (1) year of relevant work experience;
  • Completion of four (4) hours of relevant training;
  • Resident or willing to relocate to Legazpi;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word;
  • Responsible and diligent in the required work;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to deal pleasantly, accurately and swiftly with the public and consular office staff — in person, email, and on the phone;
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics

Job details and responsibilities

  1. Responsible for preparing financial statements and payroll of personnel, maintaining cash controls, and managing office financial operations;
  2. Perform finance work within rules and regulations set by the DFA, DBM and COA;
  3. Maintain the different books of accounts for all funds;
  4. Analyze all accountability reports submitted;
  5. Reconcile the balances of accounts for all funds at the DFA CO level;
  6. Monitor allocation of funds as well as compliance to the notices of suspensions or disallowances issued to the DFA CO;
  7. Review Disbursement Vouchers and accountability reports for submission to the Commission on Audit (COA); and
  8. Conduct physical inventory and purchasing of office equipment and supplies together with the Property Officer.
