- Prepares and reviews requests of supplies of homelife staff;
- Conducts orientation of visitors and caregiver;
- Attends meetings prepares and submits necessary reports defines and arranges duties and time schedules of houseparents and cook;
- Assists, reviews and recommends requisition for food, clothing, beddings and other supplies for use in the unit;
- Maintains and updates records of supplies in the stockcard; prepares quarterly narrative report on homelife;
- Prepares bill of accounts of LGU for the care and maintenance of Y.O.;
- Prepares periodic evaluation of staff;
- Takes charge of the finances on food/dietetics;
- Acts as reliever in the absence of other houseparents.
