TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) is a government agency in the Philippines that aims to provide technical vocational education and training (TVET) programs to Filipinos.
TESDA's mission is to develop the skills of the Filipino workforce to meet the demands of local and international job markets.
These days, knowing a second language, such as English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, or Nihongo/Japanese, has a significant advantage in the workplace or even during the hiring process.
Employers and manpower agencies frequently take into account candidates who are bilingual or conversant in languages other than their native tongue.
This is due to the fact that companies frequently have clientele abroad or develop internationally.
