Heads up scholarship hunters! If you are looking for a scholarship to fund your undergraduate or postgraduate studies abroad, the University of Semarang Scholarship Program AY 2023-2024 might be the one you are searching for as it is now receiving applications until April 14, 2023.
This scholarship aims to support foreign students through financial aid from University of Semarang to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees in Indonesia. Who can apply for the scholarship?
The general requirements for undergraduate studies include a high school graduate in the academic year of 2022/2023 or before that period. Also, the candidate must be 21 years old at maximum.
What are the benefits under the scholarship?
According to the USM International Office, the awardee will receive tuition fee waiver (entry, fixed & variable) for 8 semesters, including:
- Tuition Fee for Each Semester;
- Registration Fee;
- Building Fund;
- Student Card issuance fee;
- Facilities & Infrastructure fee;
- Fieldwork fee;
- Community Development Program fee;
- Thesis Guidance fee;
- Thesis Examination fee;
- TOEFL fee;
- Computer Course & Examination fee;
- Faculty Convocation;
- University Convocation;
Timeline:
The submission of application started on November and will end on April 14. The document selection announcement will be on May 8. Followed by the interview on May 15-17. Meanwhile, the final announcement is on May 22. Permits Affairs shall be on May 29– July 21. Academic Registration starts on August 3-4 before that scholars shall arrive in Indonesia on August 1-4. Afterward, the first lecture will take place on August 21, 2023.
