The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DWSD) is currently looking for people who can fill their posts. To give you a brief refresher, the DSWD is the country’s arm in protection of the social welfare as well as the development and rights of the Filipino people.

Encoders
Encoders are part of a contract or a service of job order. So, they won’t have a regular monthly salary—but they will have income based on the number of forms they finish.
- Salary: P7.00 per form encoded
- Qualifications: Must be at least a senior high school graduate or must have completed at least one (1) year in college.

Encoding Supervisors
If encoders are under a contract type or a service of job order, encoding supervisors are also part of the same group type. It’s just that, they have a standard monthly regular salary.

- Salary: P19,00.00
- Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree in any of the following programs or courses: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management, Information Technology or any computer-related program of equivalence.

Verifiers
Just like encoders, verifiers are either a contract of service or via job orders.
- Salary: P7.00 per verified form
- Qualifications: Must be a graduate of any four (4) year Social Science Course or any allied profession.

Area Coordinators
Area coordinators are among the types of professions that also are through a contract of service or a job order. But, being an area coordinator will grant you a monthly salary—not just per project completed.
- Salary: P22,000.00
- Qualifications: Must be at least a senior high school graduate or must have completed at least one (1) year in college.

Area Supervisors
Area Supervisors are the superior of Area Coordinators. In their job post, they need to abide by what area coordinators would tell them and this would grant them a monthly income of P20,000.00.
- Salary: P20,000.00
- Qualifications: Must have a Social Science Bachelor’s Degree or any allied profession.

Enumerators
Basing on its name, enumerators would enumerate whatever higher management would tell them. Just like verifiers and encoders, they would have a fixed income per form they will accomplish.
- Salary: P40.00 per accomplished form
- Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Senior High School or should have at least completed two (2) years in college.
