Resource Generation and Management Service (RGMS)

Qualification Standards:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course/program
- Training: Must have at least sixteen (16) hours of training in state budgeting, accounting, and other related fields
- Experience: Must have at least one (1) year of experience involving administrative work, finance, and work in foreign-assisted projects directed by a government economic agency
Skills:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Should be knowledgeable in administrative processes, financial processes, and government accounting
Job Description:
The Financial Management Specialist is expected to:

- Coordinate with other Regional Offices (ROs) in imposing budget, disbursements, and financial reporting of the project;
- Be responsible for the combination and preparation of financial documents needed;
- Should be responsible for the financial management services of the project at the Head Office;
- Be in charge of the correct preparations, analysis, and recording of financial transactions and reports of the project;
- Check the completion as well as the validity of documents in financial claims. This should be in accordance to the regular auditing and accounting rules and regulations;
- Assist in the reviewing of the coordination and in conducting audit or review in the financial management of the project; and
- Do all other tasks that will be assigned by the Financial Services Director in accordance to the project.
Knowledge Management and Information Service (KMIS)
Last but most definitely not the least, the DTI is looking for workers in the KMIS department. Here are the vacancies:
Media Production Specialist
- Position Title: Media Production Specialist
- Contract Type: Contract of Service
- Hiring Period: Six (6) months
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any industry (Computer Science Major in Animation, Fine Arts, Mass Communication Experience, and Fashion Design).
- Experience: Must have experience in implementing creative projects for both non-government and government organizations.

Qualifications:
- Must be well-versed in using common designing applications like:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere
- Graphics Illustrator
- Other designing and editing software
- Should have excellent creative skills as well as strong artistic capacity;
- Must be able to work under pressure both independently and as a team;
- Must have keen attention to detail;
- Should have the ability to identify work in any hindrances that are dictated by the platform or the medium.
Deadline of applications:
Planning and Management Service (PMS) positions have a deadline of until Nov. 15, 2019. The PAB positions, on the other hand have until Nov. 16, 2019. For the KMIS and the RGMS, however, no information was set by the DTI.
